You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the klwinn platform. Registration by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. klwinn conducts age verification through the KYC process and reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit balances if an underage user is found to have accessed the platform.
Klwinn services are intended for users in Malaysia. Certain regions may be subject to additional restrictions based on local laws. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their region.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on klwinn. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts with forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include a valid national ID or passport, and proof of current address.
Klwinn reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawals until the KYC process is fully completed. This process is part of our commitment to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and user protection.
Deposits to your klwinn account are processed instantly. Accepted deposit methods include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method chosen and your account verification level.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes in most cases. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same name as the klwinn account — transfers to third parties are not permitted.

Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. A monthly administrative fee of MYR 10 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be applied to inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
All bonuses and promotions offered by klwinn are subject to rollover conditions (wagering requirements) as stated in each offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the rollover requirements are fully met.
The rollover requirement refers to the total wagering amount that must be completed before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x rollover means you need to wager RM 2,000 before any winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover conditions vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in each promotion.
Klwinn has a sophisticated detection system to identify bonus abuse. The following actions are considered abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure:
Each bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover requirements are not fulfilled within the validity period will be automatically forfeited and cannot be recovered.

All game results recorded by the klwinn system are final and binding. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on a user's device and the klwinn server records, the server records shall serve as the authoritative reference.
In the event of a technical disruption, connection failure, or other technical issue during gameplay, klwinn will review server records to determine the appropriate course of action. klwinn is not liable for losses arising from disruptions beyond our control, including issues with the user's internet connection.
The use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any automated method of play is strictly prohibited. Detection of such use will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
You are fully responsible for the security of your klwinn account username and password. klwinn will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the klwinn support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that occurs in your account until you report the breach to us.
Klwinn encourages enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance your account security. This feature is available in your account settings and uses OTP verification via SMS or an authenticator app.

Klwinn's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim, or MYR 1,000, whichever is lower.
Klwinn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For material or significant amendments, klwinn will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect via email or in-platform notification. However, amendments related to legal or security requirements may take effect immediately.
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation in the first instance, and if unresolved, through arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings.
